The property is situated on the second floor of the building and accessed via steps from the ground floor.

Entrance on second floor and whole apartment on one level.

Open plan kitchen with built-in electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Bedroom 1 with 5ft zip and link king size bed (can be made up as 2.6ft twin beds upon request at the time of booking), built-in wardrobe and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 with twin 2.6ft zip and link single beds (can be made up as a 5ft king upon request at the time of booking), wall mounted Smart TV and door leading to balcony.

Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC.

Parking: 

Parking permit provided for nearby Mayor's Avenue Car Park.

Please note: From 2027 day and time restrictions apply (from 25th May to 1st September valid between 3pm-10am only) for when the permit may be used in Mayor's Avenue. The permit also applies to all day parking in the Park and Ride if restrictions are in force, where park and ride buses run only in high season or the number 90 bus also runs throughout the year.

Electric Vehicles: As of 06.06.25 two EV charging points are situated in Mayor's Avenue Car Park and available on a 'first come first served basis'.
