3 Halwell House is great for a relaxed stay exploring South Devon, surrounded by picturesque countryside, this 2-bedroom apartment within a converted Georgian Manor, is comfortably furnished and dog friendly, located just outside of the popular Creekside village of South Pool, Devon.

Beautiful views across the fields down to North Pool Creek greet you as you drive down to the house. Outside there are pretty communal grounds, a designated parking space, and private terrace area to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings in the summer sun. The apartment itself has a spacious kitchen diner, and a living room with traditional paneling, perfect for a cosy evening in, after a day out exploring the coast, local towns and scenic countryside the area has to offer such as a walk to the head of the tidal creek in South Pool, just a mile away, to enjoy the esteemed Millbrook Inn for delicious locally sourced dining. Alternatively, a short drive away is East Portlemouth offering the foot ferry to Salcombe, or a morning coffee after a swim in the sea and a warm-up in the Sauna at The Old Stable. With lots on offer in the surrounding area, 3 Halwell offers a peaceful haven at the end of the day.

Family shower room-shower enclosure, WC and hand basin, heated towel rail.

Living room-with log effect gas stove, Smart TV, sofas, chair and two pouffes’

Kitchen diner-double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine compatible with the large Vertuo style pods, table and seating for 4.

Outside

Terrace immediately outside the front door for private use with 2 bistro style tables and 4 chairs.

Communal grounds -dogs must be kept on a lead.

Please note there are areas strictly reserved for residential properties within Halwell House-these are signed and not for guest use.

Parking

For one car in marked bay opposite the path to the apartment.

• Dogs: 1 Well behaved dog welcome £30 per pet per week. We do ask that dogs do not climb or sit on the furniture nor go in the bedrooms and are not left in the property without their owner.
• EV charging is not currently permitted at this property-the nearest charging point is the Quay car park, Kingsbridge.

• Local Facilities: Beaches- Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches, 3 miles. Millbrook Inn- In the village at South Pool, alternatively The Globe in Frogmore, or Bear and Blacksmith in Chillington.  Well stocked shop/garage at East Charleton, 3 miles. Kingsbridge: With all facilities, 6 miles.
