4 The Malt is a modern and spacious first floor apartment in the very heart of Kingsbridge. Overlooking the pretty town square and perfect for watching the world go by, the apartment is light and comfortable throughout and its two bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, make it ideal for both a couple, friends or indeed a small family.

A stone's throw to the estuary and the amenities, it is ideally located for those wanting to explore the all the town’s restaurants, cafes, shops and markets on the doorstep.  

The very popular passenger ferry can be caught from the embankment (just a minute's walk from the apartment) taking visitors on a scenic ride to the cosmopolitan town of Salcombe just a few miles away. Other popular spots such as Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Torcross and Dartmouth are also all within an easy drive or bus ride away.

• Owing to the flight of stairs up to the apartment it may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Stairs from the secure foyer lead up to first floor apartment with video entry phone. 

Open plan living space with full length windows and Juliet balcony. 

Lounge area with 2 sofas, Smart TV, DVD.

Dining area to seat 4. 

Kitchen area with ceramic hob, built in oven and grill, under-counter fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.

Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed and TV.  En-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. 

Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. 

Family bathroom with bath with shower over, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point.

Outside

There is no outside space at this apartment however the town square, a lovely park, and the waterside are all nearby. 

Parking

Parking permit provided for the Quay car park, just a two minute walk away. 

Unloading is possible at rear of property.

• Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity and night storage/convector heating (electric).

• Telephone: No landline telephone available. Mobile reception good. 

• Internet - Wi-Fi provided free of charge.

• Electric Vehicles: There is no provision at the property for the charging of an electric car. There are however plenty of electric vehicle charge points located around the town, the closest of which is located within the Quay Car park. 

• Dogs: Strictly no dogs allowed in the building.

• Short breaks: Short breaks are available in the low season.

• Local Facilities: Shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, banks, post office, cinema and leisure centre all within short walk. Sandy beaches within 5 miles.
