59 Marine Drive is Spectacular, this newly built, eco friendly property is placed on the cliffs above a sandy bay with jaw dropping coastal views from the three balconies. The property itself is luxuriously appointed in a crisp, contemporary style and has four bedrooms which include two double bedrooms that have private balconies, four bathrooms and a large living area with patio doors that open onto the lower sun deck. This location is outstanding, when the trifold doors are opened the outdoors can be fully appreciated, bringing the senses of sights and sounds of the sea into the room. Each balcony provides a great spot for relaxing, al fresco dining or watching the sun sink slowly into the sea. To get to the beach below there is a path, and a short walk from the house is the golden sands of Bigbury on Sea, which connect to Burgh Island at low tide and the popular Pilchard Inn. This whole area is a perfect for lovers of water sports, with plenty of surfing, windsurfing, body boarding, kite surfing and kayaking in evidence. 

Outside

Furnished with rattan style garden furniture and with cushions and teak garden dining table and chairs, the sun deck provides outstanding views. Barbecue area to the side of the property. The remainder of the garden is undeveloped and sloping, so unsuitable as a play area. Young children should be supervised.
