Fantastic views both up and down the estuary can be enjoyed from the lounge and balcony as well as from the bedrooms of this refurbished, luxury first floor apartment. The apartment is tastefully done with a relaxing feel that has been created by using contemporary furnishings and fitted a new kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony has wooden tables and chairs and overlooks the managed communal gardens and estuary, providing a perfect location from where guests can watch and enjoy the comings and goings of boats on this beautiful stretch of water.

The Moorings is an impressive development situated on the water’s edge of the beautiful Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary and occupies one of the best positions in Kingsbridge. Set in perfected enclosed gardens alongside the estuary, although not suitable for children’s games, This gives you the perfect place to appreciate the wonderful views. All the apartments enjoy these amazing views from most of their rooms, balconies and/or terraces with vistas down towards Salcombe, across to the wooded banks and meadows on the opposite side and upstream to the town itself. The town is a short walk about 1/3 of a mile on the level along the embankment, has a wide range of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, two major supermarkets and a fine leisure centre. Electric gates secure The Moorings and parking is provided for each apartment as well as visitor parking. Sandy beaches within 5 miles.
