Accommodation 

Front door leads into hall, stairs to first floor.

Kitchen with breakfast table and seating for 4, wine fridge, induction hob, oven with microwave combi oven above, integrated fridge, Nespresso machine, undercounter freezer, counter top bottle cooler, sink with Quooker tap. Doors to rear terrace.
Utility with sink and door to rear terrace, washing machine and dryer, cupboards housing boiler and controls.

From hall, stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, sea views.
En suite shower room with shower enclosure, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with Twin 3ft beds (can be made as a super king by request at time of booking), garden views.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and basin.
Bedroom 3 with 4ft 6in bed, garden views.

Stairs lead to attic bedroom. Please note Bedroom 4 and the landing are in the eaves and headroom is limited in places

Step up to Bedroom 4 with in built wardrobe, velux windows with sea views, 5ft  king size bed.

Steps lead up to upper terrace.

Parking 

Free parking is available along the sea front.

• Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), heating, travel cot and high chair available -please ask at time of booking.
• Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and Mobile reception is generally fair but please check with your provider prior to booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. 
• Electric vehicles: Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.
• Short Breaks: Short breaks available in the low season, Mid season (4 weeks before) and High season (2 weeks before).  
• Local Facilities: Beach, pub, Britannia Seafood, all in village. Farm shop at Stokenham 2.5 miles. Torcross with pub and village shop 3 miles. Petrol, well stocked shop and leisure store 4 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 7 miles. Dartmouth 11 miles.
