Anchor is found in a quiet residential street and guests can walk downhill to the bustling sea front and promenade within 10 minutes and reach the main shopping area, with its cafes, pubs and restaurants. Nearby is the Sea Front, with its sandy beaches, Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb’ so visitors can park their cars at Anchor and forget about them for the entire holiday! This modern, light and airy apartment offers ease of movement, making it very suitable for those guests who may have limited mobility.
Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent UNESCO Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby. Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family.

Kitchen, with its separate dining area, is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave.
From the kitchen, a side door leads to the rear of the property and the patio.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 4ft 6inch double bed.
Bedroom 2 has twin 3ft beds.
Shower Room, which is fitted with a wash-hand basin and a WC.
Outside
The small rear courtyard is for the exclusive use of visitors to Anchor and is equipped with patio table and chairs.
Parking
To the front of the property there is off-road parking for one large car, with consideration for other guests.
