Church House is a fascinating listed period property in East Looe, Cornwall dating from the 16th Century and features magnificent granite archways, masses of beams and fine panelling. Reputedly once a tavern, the house is tucked away down the narrow streets in the old town of East Looe and just a short walk from the beach and the array of pubs, restaurants and shops this seaside town has to offer. It is comfortably furnished with the benefit of a lovely garden room, which opens out into a courtyard. It has undergone major refurbishment to a very high standard, whilst still retaining the fine period features, so it is oozing character and is a delightful, unusual house in which to enjoy a holiday. If you follow the Heritage Trail around the town of Looe, Church House even features as being of historical significance. Furthermore, there is an abundance of fabulous Cornish attractions within easy reach of this property, so couples and families alike will definitely not be short of entertainment.
Please Note: This property may not be suitable for the disabled or infirm due to the twisting staircase up to the living room and master bedroom.

Master bedroom: 5ft king-size bed, exposed high ceiling beams and
En-suite shower room, with shower cubicle wash hand basin and WC.
Family bathroom: with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside
Rear sunny little courtyard, accessed via the 'garden room', with garden table and chairs.
Parking
Traffic permitting, it is possible to stop briefly within a few yards of the property to unload.
No designated parking space currently available.
Public parking available in local car parks in East and West Looe (fees apply).
