The nearby town of Kingsbridge provides useful amenities in picturesque location, the popular town of Salcombe also offers shops and eateries by the estuary, with a foot ferry to the sandy shores of East Portlemouth. The historic and beautiful town of Dartmouth is also a delightful place to spend a day.

Keen walkers and beach goers, along with those exploring all the area has to offer, will relish this relaxed retreat to call home for their holiday in scenic South Devon.

Bedroom 2: 4ft 6’ double bed, drawers, hangers on hooks.

Bedroom 3: 4ft double/single bed, drawers, in built wardrobe with hanging space, also houses iron and ironing board, stairgate, airer, highchair, travel cot.

Family bathroom: WC, hand basin, bath with shower over and heated towel rail.

Front garden, lawn with slope path around the front of the house.

Rear terrace, paved, with rattan sofa and low table, outdoor dining table with seating for 5. Sloped lawn and 2 chairs nestled in the hedge.

For 2 cars, one behind the other, in front of owners’ garage.

This property is not suitable for EV charging-the nearest charging point is the Quay car park Kingsbridge.
