Tucked away in a fabulous village location between Bridport and Lyme Regis, just a short walk from the sea at Seatown, with its exceptional coastal footpaths and dramatic cliff views, The Coach House is a comfortable detached holiday home, with roaring log burner and peaceful enclosed garden for dogs. It is a homely and comfortable cottage that will be sure to provide a memorable break in Dorset.

Located in the historic village of Chideock, this charming former Coach House is fantastically well equipped and is the most wonderful base for exploring all that this popular area of Dorset has to offer. 

Accomodation

Ground Floor:
Kitchen/Diner with fridge with ice box, electric oven and hob, microwave, slim dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Dining table with six chairs.
Lounge with two sofas, two armchairs, Smart TV with Sky and DVD player, CD player and wood burner (logs not provided, but available locally).
Shower Room with shower cubicle, WC and basin.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed and TV with Sky. En-suite bathroom with bath with hand-held shower attachment, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and cot (cot linen can be provided on request).
Family bathroom with bath with hand-held shower attachment, WC and basin.

Outside

Enclosed lawned garden with patio areas and garden furniture. Large storage shed with tumble dryer and small freezer, and can also be used for bike storage.

Please Note:

There is a small pond in the garden. Although covered, children should be supervised at all times.

Parking
Parking is available for two cars to the side of the cottage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), gas central heating, cot (cot linen can be provided on request).
Telephone and Wi-Fi: Mobile reception is generally good, although please check with your provider prior to booking. Wi-Fi and telephone provided (for incoming and emergency calls only).
Pets: Two dogs welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.
