Nestled in the gorgeous hamlet of Kingston, this traditional stone-built Coach House is perfect for a couple's getaway. The cottage is cosy and well presented, there is a gorgeous woodburning stove for those cosy winter evenings and a secluded outside garden space where you can enjoy countryside views whilst sitting in the sun. The kitchen is well equipped enabling guests to enjoy cooking up a Devon feast before relaxing in the lounge with a good book. The upside-down living takes you downstairs to a double-size bedroom and bathroom, a utility room by the entrance means you have a great space to dry off your four-legged friends before they curl up for a snooze in front of the fire! This property is small and perfectly formed giving guests the perfect bolthole to explore from.
The Coach House is a popular choice for guests wanting to get out and about. There are beaches and two pubs within walking distance from the cottage with more golden beaches a short car drive away. The Southwest Coast Path is on your doorstep, and Dartmoor is about a 20-minute driveaway providing the most wonderful days out hiking or lunch out in one of its many old-fashioned pubs. Local towns Dartmouth and Salcombe are great for mooching around the shops, with lots of cafes and boutique style shops.
Please note, the steps from the road up to the garden and property are quite steep, so may not suit guests with mobility issues.
