Stunning beaches and rolling countryside are nearby with the estuary and scenic walks accessed from the town itself. Dartmoor offers unrivalled tranquil scenes and picturesque old villages, a 40-minute drive away. Fabulous access to the water is all around for those keen to try or sharpen their watersports skills.

• Internet and Telephone: Full fibre broadband Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception generally good but please check with your provider prior to booking. 
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. 
• Electric Vehicles: Electric vehicle charging is possible via mains socket. Charge £30 per week. 
• Short Breaks: Short breaks are available in the low and mid season.
