NB: Access to side and front doors from the designated parking is via right of way along path/steps running behind the top of the house and down to the left of the property. When not arriving by car then main access is from Warfleet Rd (3 steps up from raised footpath). There are 48 steps to the side entrance from the rear designated parking space and 58 to the front door. For more information, please refer to the property's access statement.

There are two paved patio areas to the side of the property with seating for 6 or more. There is also a balcony on the first floor accessed from the living room, master bedroom and bedroom two.
Parking:
The property has private off-street parking for one car. The designated space is in a garage to the rear of the property and clearly marked with a sign saying Halcyon.
Free on street parking is available a minutes drive away on Weeke Hill, just past the Castle Road turning.
