Description

Harbour Cottage is a stone’s throw away from Hope Cove's two beautiful sandy beaches that form the shoreline of this pretty old fishing village, with its own wonderful seaside atmosphere. This pretty, self-catering holiday home epitomises a typical no frills, on the beach seaside cottage and is set in the heart of the village with a nearby local Inn and village shop. In this wonderful spot, with the restful sounds of the sea and the spectacular coastal views many visitors choose simply to relax and unwind and forget about the car for much of their holiday! 

Please note: Due to the steepness and setup of the stairs the property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. Children need to be supervised in the garden due to unfenced boundary leading to cliffs.

Accommodation

Ground floor:
Entrance to cosy living room with sandstone tiled floor, 2 comfortable sofas, feature fireplace with wood burner stove, drop leaf dining table and chairs, Smart TV.
Kitchen (compact and basic galley style) with electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Washing machine under the stairs. 
Bathroom with bath with shower over and wash basin and separate WC.

Steep stairs to first floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 
Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers and small hanging rail (Please note: door from bunk bedroom leads directly out to top of staircase).

Outside

Small front terrace with garden chairs and small raised back garden with picnic table and benches (not enclosed) overlooking the beach.

Parking

For one car in designated space opposite.

• Included: Bed linen and towels (guests to provide own beach towels).  Electricity, water and heating (electric radiators). Stair gate (fixed to bunk room door frame).
• Telephone: Regret, no landline telephone available however Wi-Fi calling is available via guest own mobile phones.
• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi available free of charge.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets.
• Local Facilities: Two sandy beaches within easy walking distance. Pub, restaurants, village shop and Post Office all in Hope Cove. Kingsbridge with all facilities, 5 miles. Salcombe 4 miles.
