Dining Room: with table and chairs plus two easy chairs, open fire, logs for first night in winter months.
Kitchen: with breakfast bar with two seats,  gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, double toaster, kettle. 
Utility Room off kitchen: with washing machine.
Cloak Room:  WC and wash hand basin, plus coat hanging area.
First floor -
Master Double bedroom: with 5ft double king size bed, chest of drawers, Smart TV.
En-Suite: walk in shower, with WC and wash hand basin.
2nd Double bedroom: with 5ft double king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks.
Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. 

Parking: Parking for one vehicle.

Outside: Three levels of enclosed terraced gardens.  
The entrance level having a large dining table and chairs, plus a lounge seating area with sofa and two chairs and coffee table.
There is a BBQ rack for charcoal fire and disposable BBQ on the entrance level.  (BBQ and chair cushions stored in the lower level storage cupboard)
The Top level can be entered from the Master bedroom and has a bench to enjoy the views.
The lower level has an open fronted child's play house.

Up a series of 38 steps from street level, and down 48 steps from the parking area.
This property would not be suitable for walking impaired guests.
