Arranged over three floors, Hope Lodge combines elegant interiors and luxurious furnishings, offering a wonderful space for up to 14 guests to relax and enjoy this magical piece of coastline. Spacious living areas and seven bedrooms situated in three separate parts of the house make it ideal for multi-generational families (with the ability for grandparents to create a more private space) or a group of friends. The stunning outdoor spaces and breathtaking sea views ensure Hope Lodge is every bit as impressive as its unbeatable location.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall with boot room, ideal for storing coats, walking gear and beach equipment.
Open-plan living space, with panoramic coastal views and a central fireplace and two wall-mounted Smart TVs, serving both the lounge and dining areas.
Lounge area with sumptuous Natuzzi sofa, American walnut flooring and a Sonos sound system in the primary rooms.
Dining area seating up to 16 guests. A charming glazed arched doorway (with low head height) opens onto the garden.
A particularly well-equipped cook’s kitchen with central island enjoying expansive sea and beach views, breakfast seating, dual Gaggenau ovens, combi steam oven, Miele induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Quooker tap, large fridge/freezer, additional wine fridge, air fryer and Miele Classic Nespresso coffee machine.

With 3ft single bed and additional pull-out trundle bed, chest of drawers and hanging hooks for clothes.

First Floor
Full-width sitting room spans the front of the property, boasting the finest sea views in the house. Comfortable sofas and armchairs, wall-mounted Smart TV, large dining table, sideboard and bookshelves stocked with books and games make this the perfect room for relaxing or a family games afternoon after a day on the beach.
French doors open onto the balcony overlooking Thurlestone Sands.
Utility room on this floor provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and a small table with seating for two.

With twin 3ft single beds, hooks for hanging clothes, chest of drawers, stunning views of the countryside and beach, offering a peaceful bedroom on the upper level of the property.
Outside
A large decked terrace extends from the main living area with spectacular views over the beach and coastline. Furnished with sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and ample space for relaxing in the sunshine, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, leisurely lunches or evening drinks as the sun sets.
Stone steps lead down to the lawn below. As the deck is raised above the garden, young children should be supervised at all times and care should be taken on the steps.
The beautifully established gardens wrap around the property, with mature planting, colourful borders and a huge level lawn providing plenty of space for outdoor games. Hope Lodge provides badminton, croquet, giant Jenga and numerous outdoor garden games for afternoons of fun!
A large charcoal barbeque makes for delicious outdoor cooking on balmy evenings.
A hot tub, in a private area of the garden, looking out over the incredible sea views can be booked for an additional £300 per week.
