However this village which still clings to its fishing traditions is only 8 miles from Kingsbridge with its Leisure Centre and wide range of shops. Welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits.

Porch leading to small entrance hall. Sitting room with open fireplace housing wood-burning stove, flat screen TV with DVD, radio/CD player and comfortable furniture. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. dining area with table and chairs, fireplace housing original lidstone range (not in use). Rear lobby to garden and door to new shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Stairs from hall to first floor, all with attractive original wood panelled walls and floors with natural fibre flooring. One double bedroom with 5ft bed and second bedroom with two 3ft single beds, both rooms with original wooden floors and natural fibre rugs. Bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC. Convector heater. Second floor: Lovely attic room with beams and exposed stone walls. Velux windows with blackout blinds and safety bolts when open and high quality double futon bed and armchairs, additional futon (not available as a bed) Flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player.

Please Note:  For parties of 4 or less only the beds in the double and twin bedrooms will be made up. Please specify if you require the attic room futon bed made up instead.

Enclosed garden with patio equipped with garden furniture.
