Located on the outskirts of the pretty thatched village of Ringmore, South Devon, is Kimberley Garden Cottage, a ground floor apartment, forming part of the adjoining large property, provides a holiday retreat perfect for couples or small families offering high standards of accommodation and comfort whilst providing an excellent base from which to visit the superb local beaches and explore further in the beautiful South Hams. Five minutes' walk from the fantastic village pub and many other gastro eateries within a short drive, the adjoining owners' B&B also offers additional accommodation should you have extra guests visiting you for a stopover by the coast.

Steps from driveway lead to a level pathway and entrance. Ground Floor: Living room, TV and DVD, portable CD player/radio, wireless broadband. Dining area with table to seat six. Galley kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine. Sunroom with easy chairs, dining table to seat four with sea views and door leading to the garden and patio. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sumptuous en suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2 with King sized 5ft double bed - which splits to twin 2ft 6inch beds if required (please advise at time of booking) , wardrobe and dressing table. Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, hand held shower, basin and WC.

Enclosed mature gardens laid mostly to lawn and shrubs with a breathtaking decked viewpoint looking towards Bigbury Bay, furnished with garden chairs. Patio area with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, rotary dryer
