Talland Bay is a sand and shingle beach, and is a great spot for some stand up paddle boarding or kayaking thanks to its gentle waters. It is also on the South West Coast Path, so the property is in the perfect position for walkers to enjoy a hike into nearby Looe or Polperro.
Little Phoenix is a reverse level house so that the beautiful dual aspect sea and countryside views can be enjoyed from the open plan living space. You also have the benefit of two outside spaces; a balcony off the lounge to sit and watch the sun go down, and a decked area accessed off the bedroom to sit and enjoy the calming sounds of the waves gently crashing below.
