Self-contained first floor apartment on varying levels
Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with seating, TV with Amazon firestick, DVD player, radio and feature fireplace. Dining table with seating for two, gas hob, built in oven, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with 4ft6 double bed and TV.
Bathroom with bath with over-head and hand-held shower attachments, WC and wash basin.

Outside
The apartment has no outside space, however all of the local amenities, green space, and beaches, are immediately accessible.

Parking

There is an allocated off-road garage space for one car. Please note that this is 100m from the property and there is no key to secure the garage. There is a height restriction on the garage of 1.8m, the width is 2.6m and it is 5.3m long. 

Nearest public parking 5 minute’s walk. The closest long stay car park in Lyme Regis is Charmouth Road (DT7 3DW).
