Nestled away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lyme Regis you will find Lyme Sparkle. This bright and airy holiday home is located in an elevated residential area of Lyme Regis, approximately a twenty-five minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. This tastefully decorated home offers two bathrooms and two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The property boasts two allocated off-road parking spaces and an enclosed garden, and is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring all that Lyme Regis has to offer.

Lyme Regis itself is known as the pearl of Dorset and is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent UNESCO Jurassic Coast, it is a famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide. It sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby.

Accommodation

Front door to hallway which leads to:

Kitchen with fridge freezer, built in electric oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière, and microwave.
Ground floor WC with wash basin.
Lounge / Diner with seating, Smart TV (all TV channels accessed via online Apps), board games and books, dining table with seating for four and access out to the garden.

Stairs leading to first floor:

Bedroom 1 with 3ft Single beds.
Bedroom 2 with 5ft King size bed.
Family bathroom with bath with overhead shower attachments, WC, wash basin and washer / dryer.

Outside

Private and enclosed patio garden with raised gravel area. Table and chairs for four. 

Parking

Parking for two cars on private driveway over the road from the property.

Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles. The nearest public charger is located in Charmouth Road Car Park, a two-minute drive from the property.

• Included: All bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), Wi-Fi, electricity, highchair, stairgate, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
• Telephone: No telephone. Mobile reception mixed.
• Pets: One small, well behaved dog welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.
• Local facilities: Approximately twenty-five minutes’ walk downhill to shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches in Lyme Regis. Axminster 5 miles. Bridport 10 miles.
• Short Breaks: Are available during low / mid season for this property, within 14 days.
• Electric vehicles: Electric vehicle charging is not possible at this property (see parking section for details).
• Smoking/vaping: Is not permitted inside the property.
