Located in a peaceful, rural location yet  only 4 miles from Falmouth, a busy harbour town with gorgeous beaches and a range of eclectic shops and art galleries. Inside you'll find a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen and downstairs shower room. There is a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 King, plus 1 Trundle bed, making it a perfect choice for a couple, or a couple with a child.  Helford Passage is only 2 miles away, with the famous Ferry Boat Inn, boat trip and hire, and the ferry to Helford Village.

Tresooth has a large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which are open from Easter until the end of September, plus a sauna, second hot tub, games room and children's play area which are available all year round. Mawnan Cottage is dog-friendly - there's even a designated paw-washing station! The location is ideal for walking, cycling, and exploring the sub-tropical gardens of South Cornwall.

Mawnan Cottage is perfect for a relaxing time away, with a lovely open space to feel at home in. It's a peaceful sanctuary, ideally situated for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

First floor:
Spacious mezzanine bedroom with 1 King, 1 trundle bed, hanging rail, dressing table and free-standing mirror. 

Outside:

Private patio area with two lounge chairs and drinks table.

Parking: 

One designated parking space outside the property.

• Dogs: 1 small to medium sized dog is welcome at no charge.
