Whether sharing breakfast before a day on the beach, returning from a swim for lunch overlooking the sea, or settling in for an evening meal with the sound of the waves below, life here naturally revolves around the coastline.
For coastal escapes with excellent beaches, food and shopping, St Ives is a dream, and this holiday home rests mere metres from it all. Bamaluz Beach is quieter than the town’s bigger beaches and allows dogs all year round. The Harbour is literally a stone’s throw from the front door, while Fore Street’s restaurants, delis, bakeries and galleries are no more than a five-minute walk. Neighbouring Porthgwidden Beach is three minutes on foot, and Porthmeor Beach and Café, along with the Tate St Ives, is around six minutes.
Mermaids is a five-story home which can be booked as two individual holiday cottages, Mermaids accommodates parties of up to 10. Mermaids 2 is the lower half of the house and Mermaids 3 is the upper. Both properties are kept completely private from the other when booked individually.
