Please note Mossgara accommodates up to 7 Adults and child, it's not suitable for 8 adults.

From the entrance hall a further short staircase leads down to a large and spacious sitting room with superb waterside views and glazed ceiling light throwing light throughout the room. Large sofas, writing desk, Smart TV, remote control gas fireplace, stereo and bookshelves crammed with books, puzzles and games. A door leads from here to garden steps and down to the balcony.

Steps lead down to the private quay for Mossgara residents only, giving direct and easy access to the tidal water below. Access from parking area leads alongside the property and down through the garden so idea for kayaks. The property also provides two kayaks for guest use, paddles and life vests for guests to enjoy the water.
There is an out haul connected to the private quay, which is available for guests wishing to bring a boat. The out haul allows for the use of boats at varying levels of the tide.
