Thanks to its elevated position, Newhaven enjoys a peaceful setting with a private garden - perfect for a morning coffee or al fresco dining whilst taking in the atmosphere from the street below.

Polperro's quaint shops and pubs are within easy reach, and whilst the property doesn't have parking, it is located within a five minute walk of the main car park, making this a super choice for your Cornish getaway.

Note - Please be careful with young children in the outside area. This property has a slope and steps to access, so may not be suitable for the infirm.

Outside

There is a patio amongst woodland with a table and 4 chairs. Please take care with children here, as the area is not completely flat or fenced.

Parking

Although there is no designated parking, Newhaven is a short 5 minute walk from the main car park where a weekly ticket costs £40. You are also able to unload briefly at the bottom of the slope to the house.

Kitchen / Diner with a newly fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table to seat six guests.
Lounge with sofa, chairs, smart TV and open fire (not in use for 2026)
