Trenant Farm Cottages is home to a collection of five delightful properties, each nestled within beautifully maintained grounds. These cottages have been carefully converted from the original farm buildings, preserving their traditional charm while offering all the comforts of modern living. Outside, the grounds are a haven of mature parkland, offering views of the picturesque Looe Valley. Just a short two-mile drive from the cottages, the vibrant seaside town of Looe awaits. With its golden sandy beaches, lively atmosphere, and a wide array of pubs and restaurants, Looe is a wonderful place to explore and enjoy the coastal life. For those looking for a more picturesque, quaint experience, the nearby fishing village of Polperro is well worth a visit. The popular South West Coastal Path, which links Looe and Polperro, offers stunning walks through  landscapes, making it a favourite destination for walkers and pet owners alike. Ground Floor;
Kitchen with Dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, electric cooker, coffee maker, and farmhouse table.
Sitting room with Open log fire, Smart TV/DVD, radio/CD player, super fast Broadband, tasteful antiques and colourful furnishings.

Stairs leading to;
Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed. 
Triple bedroom with 3ft single beds. 
Bathroom with shower over the bath, heated towel rail, basin and WC. 

Outside
Individual private cottage gardens with lawns, awash with colour from the borders and creeper that adorn the walls.

Quality garden tables and chairs with a sun umbrella during Summer.

Parking
Allocated parking within the grounds.

Additional 

• Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), One complimentary basket of logs is provided on arrival for stays during the winter months. October to April.  You will have access to the log store during your stay at and additional cost of £7.50 per basket.  Owner also provides cream tea and fresh flowers as your welcome.
• Heating: Night storage heaters and an open fire in lounge - a bag of coal/logs can be purchased on site.
• Pets: Up to two pets welcome, by arrangement.
