This delightful holiday property is quietly tucked away in a peaceful location, not far from the picturesque town of Sherborne and conveniently located near many historic attractions.  Nestled by a quiet country lane in the peaceful hamlet of Milborne Wick, this generous sized cottage is perfect for all guest parties who are seeking something special from their country holiday.  Well equipped and comfortably furnished, guests staying at the house will appreciate the easy layout and plentiful living space.  Gardens border the property and seating on the patio allows a view of surrounding fields and grazing cattle, whilst offering parking for up to 2 cars on the private driveway.  The pretty village of Milborne Port is just 5 minutes in the car, so you are never far from local amenities and main access routes from which to enjoy your memorable days out.

The area offers something for everyone. Children will love Longleat House and its drive through Safari Park, where the monkeys and lions share an up close experience with visitors.  Smaller children will be in awe of the big, exciting Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum whilst big kids will appreciate the forever expanding Haynes Motor Car Museum.  Besides the nearby Sherborne castle and gardens there are a number of historic houses to explore, such as Montacute, Barrington Court and Forde Abbey.  And for all those whose seek garden splendour there is the beautifully kept Stour Head where you can easily while away the hours.
