Oxmead Cottage is a modern three bedroomed cottage set in the heart of the popular village of Lyndhurst, with its many independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
The cottage has been tastefully furnished to provide a comfortable, welcoming holiday home, with the advantage of having a downstairs en suite bedroom to accommodate less mobile guests. The private courtyard garden offers a place to relax after a busy day exploring all that the New Forest has to offer.
Lyndhurst is home to the New Forest Heritage Centre and museum, which tells the history of the area and offers information on local walks and cycle paths. The open forest is a short stroll away, where ponies, cattle and donkeys roam free. Other local attractions include the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Longdown Activity Farm, New Forest Wildlife Park, Paulton’s Park, nearby Furzey Gardens and Calshot Activity Centre.
