An open plan lounge and dining space allows guests to enjoy each other's company whilst having a day room to escape into, for some peace and quiet. The decking area at the back of the house gives a fabulous space for alfresco dining, a glass of bubbles under the stars or simply watching the children run around the spacious garden enjoying their enclosed freedom. This property allows 1 well behaved dog.
With the South West Coast path in such close proximity, the location is a walker's dream! The local beach is only a 10-minute drive away, along with a local horse-riding school. The city of Plymouth has a lot to offer for those rainy days including several cinema and shopping complexes, an aquarium and the historical Plymouth Hoe.
