This handsome property is presented to a very high standard in a pleasing contemporary style, a cosy lounge with wood burner and a sunny dining area with patio doors that open wide onto a level terrace and ready to welcome you and your fellow guests. The garden boasts sea views, making it an ideal place to relax, dine and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is a games room above the garage with a pool table, a perfect room to be able to enjoy some extra space and entertain the children! Guests can also bring their own small boat on a trailer to launch in Noss Mayo, the property has plenty of parking. For those who enjoy walking, the South West Coastal path passes a few yards from the door and offers visitors some stunning cliff top walks. 

When booked together with Revelstoke House, immediately opposite, groups of up to 14 can be accommodated and can dine together in Revelstoke Park House.

Outside:

Sliding doors from the dining room fully open to a large garden terrace with patio furnished with rattan style garden seats, table, chairs. 

Parking:

Garage for one car plus two additional spaces in front of garage. EV charging is possible at this property via an external mains socket. There is a charge of £40 per car per week.  Guests are required to bring their own charging cables and equipment. 

Accommodation:

Door into an open plan living room. Lounge area with corner sofa surrounding a wood burner stove, TV, coffee table, lamps and a foot poof.  An oak central staircase separates the lounge from a snug, this has 2 further 2 person sofas, bookshelves, and coffee table. 
Dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 with bi folding doors that open onto the decked garden terrace.
Modern kitchen fitted with a Rangemaster range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer and microwave.

1st Floor:
Bedroom 1 with 4ft6in Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft6in Double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, chair and lamp.
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

Games room above garage, equipped with a small pool table and TV (no signal) with DVD and suitable for games consoles.

Additional:

• Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests must provide their own beach towels), travel cot, high chair and stair gate, unlimited Wi-Fi, electricity, central heating.
• Pets: Two well behaved dogs permitted (downstairs only and not on furniture, to be kept on lead when in holiday park) £30.00 per pet per week
• Beach:  At the bottom of the hill, 400 metres  Sandy beach at Mothecombe 4 miles. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car.  
• Electric Vehicles: Electric vehicle charging possible (See parking section for details). £40 charge per week.                        
• Shop:   Village shop, butcher & several pubs in Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo.  Plymouth with all facilities 10 miles
• Short Breaks: Short breaks are available in the low and mid-season.
