Tansea is a stylish modern bungalow in the popular village of Hope Cove. The golden sandy beaches are a short walk away; they are family friendly with amenities close by. The Cove Bar and Restaurant is a popular choice to sit and watch the world go by enjoying a morning coffee or an early evening bite to eat. The small village shop holds holiday essentials and there is a great village pub. This property has an open plan style living and dining area perfect for families and friends spending time together relaxing and enjoying precious time away. The outside space allows guests to enjoy alfresco dining, an afternoon snooze in the sun and a glass of bubbles up on the decking. Private parking and dog friendly, Tansea is a great choice of accommodation.

Hope Cove is known for its family friendly community and summer evenings enjoying sunsets. With the added bonus of having direct access to the Southwest Coastal path along with close by towns such as Salcombe and Dartmouth, it is the perfect choice for a Devon holiday. 

Outside:

There is a seating patio area outside the bedrooms that runs around the back of the house, BBQ and outdoor seating. Up some steps to a decking area with further chairs and a table. Secure for dogs at the rear of the property. Driveway to the side of the property and grass area out the front.

Parking:

Driveway to fit two cars alongside the side of the property. EV charging available, extra charge will apply.

Accommodation:

Entrance porch with washing machine, freezer, storage for highchair/dog bed and outside cushions. Door leading into hallway, on your left a cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Lounge/dining area large 5/6 seater sofa, 65 inch Smart TV, coffee table, PlayStation 4, wood burner stove, dining table with two bench style seats, window seating and sideboard.  
Kitchen with oven, hob, under-counter fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.

Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, double wardrobe, chair, beside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, hanging unit, doors to outside patio.
Bedroom 2 with 4'6ft double size bed, bedside tables and lamps, shelves, hanging space.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, hanging space, chest of drawers.

Family bathroom with waterfall (& handheld) shower, WC, hand basin, bath, heated towel rail.

Additional:

• Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests must provide their own beach towels), heating, highchair, travel cot
• Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is poor in Hope Cove. Please check with your provider prior to booking. 
• Dogs: Up to 2 medium sized dogs welcome. Pet Charge £30 per dog, per week. 
• Electric Vehicles: £60 per car per week, own leads must be used.
• Local Facilities: Two sandy beaches within easy walking distance. Pub, restaurants and shop all in Hope Cove, garage & ASDA Express Malborough 2.6 miles, Kingsbridge 5 miles, Salcombe 4 miles.
