A wood-burning stove adds warmth and character, making Three Ways inviting during the cooler months. Upstairs, three stylish bedrooms sleep up to five guests. These include a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and beautiful views, a flexible twin room that can be set up as a king-size bed upon request, and a cozy small double bedroom.

With parking for two cars, a complimentary electric vehicle charger, and space for three well-behaved dogs, Three Ways is a great choice for families, couples, and friends wanting to explore the South Cornwall coast. The harbor, beach, shops, and restaurants of Looe are just a short distance away. However, guests should note that the walk back to the property is steep and has steps. Accommodation

Entry level;

Open-plan living room with 2 sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner.
Kitchen/diner at the other end, with a large table and chairs seating 5, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a cupboard off the living area.

Stairs leading up to;

Bedroom 1 with a 5ft king-size bed, wardrobe, and dressing table.
En-suite shower room with a large shower enclosure, WC, and basin.
Bedroom 2 with either a 6ft super king-size bed or twin beds, plus wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 3 with 4ft small double
Main bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, and basin.

Outside

Rear garden with lawned area and decked seating space offering views across the rooftops to the sea. 

Parking

Parking is available one large, or 2 small vehicles. An electric vehicle charging point is provided for guest use at no additional charge.

Pets: Up to 3 well-behaved dog's welcome.

Local facilities: East Looe beach half a mile. Hannafore beach 1 mile. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car. Local pub, shops, bakery, general stores, Post Office and newsagents, 300 yards level walk. More shops, pubs and restaurants down the hill in town. Polperro 4 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.
