Tilleys Barn is a gorgeous, semi-detached, converted stone barn which offers a relaxing, homely and very comfortable holiday retreat. Having had a recent refurbishment, the country style kitchen is fully equipped while the open plan dining and lounge area is a wonderful space to enjoy time together. The property has two good sized bedrooms and a third upstairs room used as a snug. A large Smart TV, optional UV lighting and sofa bed means it's a perfect room for the kids or teens to chill out and play games whilst providing a third child's bedroom if needed. High celling's and funky artwork give this barn a real fun and holiday vibe, the outside space allows you to enjoy sitting in the sun or enjoy an alfresco evening meal in peaceful surroundings.

Located in the picturesque hamlet of Dunstone, this barn provides all that is needed to enjoy a holiday exploring the surrounding area. Only a short drive away can take you hiking over the hills of Dartmoor or strolling along golden sands of nearby beaches. Salcombe, Modbury and Dartmorth are close by towns offering a range of wonderful cafes, pubs and boutique style shops whilst the bustling city of Plymouth is also only a 20-minute drive away. 

The sofa bed in the snug can be made up as a bed on request at the time of booking. Only suitable for 1 person.

Outside:

A small grass lawn to the front of the barn. At the rear / side of the property there is a patio area with sun loungers and a pinic style bench and parasol to enjoy outside relaxing. Use of garage for storing things like water sport equpiment, pram or suitcases. Charcoal BBQ for guest to use.

Parking:

Two parking spaces, one outside the front of the property and one adjacent. You must not drive through the closed gates.

Living room Sideboard, large coffee table, 2 x 3-person sofa, lamp, smart TV, mirror. Dining area with table for 6 (4 chairs and a bench for 2 persons)

Kitchen - Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob.

Utility area - Washer dryer, ice maker, dishwasher. Downstairs WC - wc, basin.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 - 6ft Super king, hanging rail with shelving, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, long mirror 

Bedroom 2 6ft Super king OR 3ft twin beds, hanging rail with shelving, bedside tables, lamps.

Family bathroom Bath with OH shower, shower screen, WC, basin, heated towel rail.

Sung Media room, smart TV, LED lighting (optional), sofa bed (4'6ft double bed when out) 

Additional:

• Included: Bed linen and towels. (Guests must provide their own beach towels), HIVE heating, highchair, travel cot.
• Internet and telephone: Wi-Fi. There is Starlink at the property so Wi-Fi calling instead of phone signal. 
• Dogs: Not permitted at this property. 
• Electric Vehicles:  Electric vehicle charging possible. Charge £50 per week. 
• Short breaks: Short breaks are available in low and mid-season.
• Local facilities: 2.8 miles to Yealmpton, Village shop, Farm Shop & several pubs, Plymouth with all facilities 10 miles, Sandy beach at Mothecombe 5 miles. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car.
