The house which sleeps eight guests is arranged over two floors, and has four spacious bedrooms all with TV’s. Two family bathrooms, a large living room and an amply equipped kitchen / diner with garden views through an enormous arched window means there’s plenty of room for relaxation, socialising and entertaining too. Outside there’s a delightful, raised patio area which is accessed through the lounge and has a barbecue and dining set for fresh air feasts and drinks in the sunshine. Steps down from the patio lead to the enclosed garden which has a lawn and shade, so is perfect for those who have children in tow.
One of three towns that make up Torbay, Brixham’s position makes it easy to explore the neighbouring towns and beaches of Paignton and Torquay which are all just a short drive, ferry or bus journey away. Closer to home visitors can enjoy the beauty of the area’s natural scenery with hidden pebble coves at Fishcombe and Churston, scenic walks along the coast path, and phenomenal views from Berry Head Nature Reserve. Within easy reach too is the River Dart and the towns of Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingswear.
