You’ll also find a fully-equipped kitchen that has all you need for home cooking, and a breakfast table with bench seating.
The terrific outside space makes the most of sunny days. There’s a hot water shower by the side entrance so you can come back from the beach and rinse off. Steps lead up to a huge, raised deck with furniture and a table for outdoor meals, and a summerhouse with day beds where kids can play or you can just relax.
Upstairs, the property’s three bedrooms include a double with an en-suite bathroom, a king size with en-suite, and a triple bunk room that works well for families with children.
Being able to stroll straight down to Crantock Beach, which is usually quieter than Newquay’s beaches, is an absolute plus, and if you’d like to explore a little further afield, the nearby South West Coast Path takes you to more beaches and villages along the coast.
Newquay is only a short drive away where the aquarium and zoo offer plenty to keep children entertained. Crantock however, has all you need for a car-free stay so if you don’t wish to travel, you’ll have a beach café for light bites, a pub for food and drinks in the sunshine and a convenience store where you can stock up on essentials.
