This charming cottage is perfect for friends or families to enjoy the glorious South Hams.

The picturesque village of Slapton boasts two excellent pubs, a community village shop well stocked with local produce, play park and some stunning walks around Slapton Ley. The millennium field at the top of the village is a fantastic viewpoint for gazing out over the village to Start Bay and the lighthouse at Start Point. This divine village is situated less than a mile from Slapton Sands, and access to the South West Coast Path, and is 20 minutes’ drive from the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and the historic town of Dartmouth. The bohemian hub of Totnes is also a 30 minute drive, with Dartmoor a little further on. This popular village is superb for exploring all the delights the South Hams has to offer.

Door through to Kitchen: Electric oven, and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave.

Stairs lead to 1^st Floor:

Master Bedroom king size 5’ bed, chaise.

Family bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 Double bed 4’6’’ and single 3’ bed.

Outside:

L shaped lawn, washing line, table, shed containing 5 chairs and barbecue.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AS THERE IS A STREAM AT THE END OF THE GARDEN.

Parking:

Unload on lane outside of the cottage, parking is on street or at village car park half a mile away.
