Mill Barn is a spacious cottage in the North Cornwall countryside, ideal for family holidays and coastal getaways. Accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms this beautifully converted barn is full of character, featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, and lovely countryside views. It is pet-friendly, allowing up to 3 well-behaved dogs.
Upstairs, the large open-plan living area is perfect for spending time together. You can enjoy long breakfasts in the farmhouse kitchen, cosy evenings by the fire, or family movie nights in the separate snug. Downstairs, three inviting bedrooms with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding offer a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring Cornwall.
Outside, the original gin-gang has been transformed into a unique outdoor area for barbecues, leisurely lunches, and evenings around the fire pit under the stars. Surrounded by quiet farmland and friendly on-site animals, Mill Barn provides a genuine countryside retreat with plenty of room to unwind and reconnect.
Conveniently located for exploring North Cornwall, the cottage is just a short drive from Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac, and the Eden Project. Hidden coves, sandy beaches, scenic coastal walks, traditional pubs, and award-winning restaurants are all nearby.

Included: Bed linen, towels, bath robes and beach towels (guests must provide their own dog towels). One complimentary basket of logs, kindling, and firelighters is provided. Additional logs can be purchased on-site at the handy little shop. Cot, booster chair, bathroom steps and other child & baby equipment available on request.
Internet and telephone: Ultra-fast WiFi. There is no landline, but mobile reception is generally good.

Short breaks: Short breaks are available all year round, except during high-season weeks, when they will be released subject to availability.

The nearest shops are the Co-op in Port Isaac (6 miles) and Spar in Delabole (4 miles). Tintagel is 7 miles away. For larger supermarkets, pubs, and cafés, Wadebridge is 9 miles away.
