Stable Barn is an idyllic one bedroom getaway for couples or independent travellers nestled in the picturesque countryside just outside Slapton village. The barn is well appointed throughout with stylish décor and a tranquil, inviting atmosphere and a private hot tub.

Guests can bask in the sunshine on the upper terrace in the summer sun or cosy up by the log burner in the winter. Stable Barn has scenic walks nearby and adventurous walkers will enjoy the stomp along the lanes and paths to Slapton Ley Nature Reserve or Slapton Sands.

Whether you are looking to explore the countryside, the South West Coast Path, or the charming villages and towns such as Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe, Stable Barn is a superb retreat to unwind and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of South Devon.

Bifold front doors into open plan living:

Kitchen area: Dishwasher, double electric oven with gas burner, fridge freezer, washing machine, cafetiere, dining table, seats for 4.

Lounge area: Log burner, corner sofa and pouffe, Smart TV.

Bedroom: 5’ king size bed, Smart TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers, hairdryer.

Shower room: Large walk in shower enclosure with rainfall and handheld shower, sink and WC, heated towel rail.

Outside:

Lower terrace: table and chairs and parasol, charcoal barbecue.

Upper terrace: Rattan sofa, parasol, drinks table, hot tub.

Parking:

Parking for 1-2 cars

EV charging is from a standard outdoor socket -guests must provide their own charging cable which will need to reach from the cottage to the parking area.
